ChiroSil RCA(+) and SCA(-)
The ChiroSil RCA(+) and SCA(-) Chiral stationary phases. Developed bu RStech corporation in Daejeon, Korea, the ChiroSil phase is the newest chiral columns. This phase is prepared by a covalent trifunctional bonding of (+) or(-)-(18-Crown-6)-tetracarboxylic acid as the chiral selector. This phase, which is available in analytical as well as preparative columns, is an excellent choice for the separation of amino acids and compounds containing primary amines. This phase is highly durable, has universal solvent compatibility, and has the ability to invert elution order.
