General Trading Conditions

Transport and Handling Fee

All deliveries in the Netherlands to the delivery address mentioned by the customer with a total value of € 1000,- and up (ex. V.A.T.) are carriage paid, unless otherwise agreed upon.
For deliveries with a total value less than € 1000.- Aurora Borealis Control BV is allowed to charge an amount of € 35,- for order handling and administration.

For cooled transport (dry ice, blue ice, cooling elements) Aurora Borealis Control BV is allowed to invoice a surcharge of € 25,- per shipment.

Shipping costs for deliveries outside the Netherlands will be invoiced to the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Aurora Borealis Control BV is free in choosing the way of shipping. Extra costs for a different way of transport (requested for by the customer) will be invoiced to the customer.

Payment Terms

Within 21 days after delivery unless otherwise specified.
For order > € 10,000.- we require pre-payment prior to starting the ordering process.

Return of Goods

No returns are accepted without prior approval. In general, returns are only accepted for faulty goods or goods for repair. Faulty or damaged good must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Prior authority and a Returns Authorization (RA) number must be given by Aurora Borealis Control BV in order to process any return. Items returned without an RA number marked on the shipping cartons and paperwork will be refused. Credit, if agreed beforehand, will be issued only on new, unmarked merchandise returned in original shipping containers. A 25% restocking and refurbishing charge may be applied at the option of Aurora Borealis Control BV. No returns can be made without prior shipping and paperwork information from Aurora Borealis Control BV. This will include shipping information as well as product valuations.

Claims

Claims can only be made within 8 days after date of delivery.
